We currently own and globally operate 16 multi-purpose CTV offshore vessels. All of these are located across the globe supporting offshore wind construction and operation and maintenance activities.

From concept to conception: we offer design review, CAD services, project management and skilled craftsmen resulting in the successful construction of a wide variety of working and leisure vessels.

Our portfolio includes the construction of catamaran passenger ferries, pontoons, multi-purpose vessels, pollution recovery vessels, river maintenance vessels, work barges and tugs and commercial office barges.

Large Capacity Work Spaces

The main undercover workshop complimented with its 10t gantry cranes, welding, cutting, gouging and forming equipment is designed for the construction, modification, repair and maintenance of structures up to 40m in length and 14m breadth in both steel and aluminium; with good vehicle access for forklift and mobile crane utilization.

Berthing and Slipping Facilities

Launch Pad

Manor Marine has constructed a custom-built hydraulically operated launch pad to launch vessels up to 40 metres in length from the 55m × 52m main undercover workshop.

Slipways

Manor Marine has two open slipways, utilising two slip trolleys capable of hauling vessels up to 40 metres in length, 20 metres beam and 350 tonnes in weight out of the water for maintenance and repairs.

Synchrolift

Smaller vessels of up to 80 tonnes can be raised out of the water by the Synchrolift and transported straight into the 55m × 52m undercover workshop or into its individual undercover bay.

Berthing

Manor Marine has its own secure berthing facilities comprising of a 200 metre long waterfront with a low water minimum depth of 4 metres; there is access to waterside craneage and shore power, which allows alongside repair and maintenance.
